format differences between PD 12 and PD 13

I start with a 3.5GG ,MOV file from 8mm scanning.

I do all my editing and add music and I go into production It is apparent that some of the choice in production mode have changed.

No longer have the .MOV format with 1920x1080 30p.

We now have a choice like H265 HEVC but you cannot produce it in 1920x1080 30p. You have to choose 1920x1080/60I

You cannot create a disk production in the H265 format HEVC.

All I want is the best result from the 3.5GB .MOV format to burn on a Blu-Ray disk.

Any suggestions on using the best codecs for producing the best results.

I do have a power computer I built and it can handle most any thing we throw at it.

For Blu-ray you need the h264/AVC format in m2ts container:
