Someone may have done this already, but I never saw it posted anywhere...

I'm setting up a multi-monitor display video with one having 12 displays.

So instead of fading each track individually at the beginning and end, I created a 16th track with a black color board.

I then went from 100% to 0% opacity to "fade in" my video and then from 0% to 100% to "fade out".
