MB's in a project

Is there a way to tell how many MB's there are in a project, in the timeline? I have created a project 75 mins long, but when I go to create disc, it is showing 5500MB (approx), which of course is more than the 4.7GB limit on a DVD. I want to create discs both for DVD & Blu-ray.

Or would the create disc adjust the 75 minutes to fit on the disc?

If there is no way to tell, I'll have to do a re-edit of the project.

EDIT: I just found the Smart Fit option in "Select the video encoding format & quality" in Video & Audio settings.
