i have download some mkv files with TRUEHD 7.1 and i want to know if power director support this format

welcome to the forum.
I found a sample file for testing. It was meant for speaker mapping.
Attached is the media-info.
The file played in VLC, both audio and video.
Neither PD nor Colordirector would play the audio, though the video played fine.
The file I tested is far too large to attach (79 mb), so if you have a smaller one so others may test on other platforms, you can attach it to a post.

PowerDirector13 does not support Dolby TrueHD. Supported audio formats are AAC, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS, WAVE, MPEG-1 Layer III.

If you bother to read the posts you'll see I could not make it work, and SoNic67 added a link to PD specs that has no mention of TRUEHD.
