PD13 hangs and crashes when I import this MP4 file

Hi All

I was just wondering if you be as kind as to download this clip and import it into PD 13.

This clip imports perfectly into PD10, 11 and 12, but NOT 13

But in PD13 it just hangs and then the white screen PD is closing etc etc etc

yes - crashes PD 13.
I haven't uninstalled 12 yet, so I tried that as well; no problem!

OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
12288MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M

Neil, I'm curious, what was the camera you used to capture the video with? I used MediaInfo and the info shows it has an audio 126Kbps bit rate* (norm would be 128Kbps in my view) and a visual/video rate of 3346Kbps, not the "best". I realise the video should display in 13 as it has in earlier versions and I have passed the clip/link onto CyberLink.
PDR13 became unresponsive (white screen) when I brought the clip into the media library. PDR13 did not crash but had to be closed because it had hung on the white screen.

*Audio is often the "hidden" reason why a video wont import.

The clip was a download from YouTube.

It is odd that it works in PD10, 11 & 12 but not 13.

Is 13 missing a codec or something? Happing editing

Just to confirm the other confirmations, PDR13 hangs on import (at the "Open" window). PDR12 - all good.

I downloaded a 720p version from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0Y1XxLGchE (Waterfox - DownloadHelper) - imported into PDR13 with no issue.

Both MediaInfo reports attached.
