How to place a storyboard row above timeline?

I still like to use storyboard when editing, but it seems not more fashionable.
I was able to place one storyboard row above the timeline mode in this version, as it made my editing easier. My PC crashed, I re-installed PowerDirector, but now I am unable to do it.
Can anyone help?

I tried to add some info, as required, in my profile, but it does not fit. So here is more:

Your picture shows the timeline mode. On the row of buttons above the timeline to the far left there is a storyboard button. It's the second button from the left.

I did not express myself clearly. This is what I did previously. I am not sure if it was before the latest patch:

There is one row of storyboard and the remainder is the timeline.

No. You were clear. I misinterpreted what you were asking! :

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer. Mike B.

Spend hours trying PD9,11,12 to display what is shown here in avz101's cropped screenshot. The user manuals says timeline or storyboard views but not both at the same time. Then it dawn on me that the screenshot looks very familiar. It is a cropped screenshot of the old Pinnacle Studio 16. Here is a link: http://photoseditors.weebly.com/uploads/2/2/2/2/22228644/3720760_orig.png

This is a powerdirector forum. I see now why no one else replied. No patch will make PD12 screen look like that one.

Wow tomasc!

You have a mind like a steel trap!

This is what I did previously. I am not sure if it was before the latest patch

- Looks like it was before you opened PowerDirector

In PD, it's timeline view OR storyboard view - not both at the same time.

Cheers - Tony

I have never seen anything like it!!

Is it just me, or has CyberLink completely re-designed their sites just now?
Maybe the "downloads" have gone wrong and you got something from ancient history........

I think you made a mistake, PD12 does not have this feature, the picture posted is of another sofware, I think Pinacle.
