backing up shows

Howdy,
I have used pd for awhile and have a general question. My system is getting bogged down by too many video files. If I wish to completely back up shows, including all templates and files used, and remove them from the computer, how would I accomplish this? Proshow gold allows you to collect all the show files and burn to same disc used for your show.
My objective here is to possibly re-install a previous show for further editing.

I'm surprised no one answered so far. It would have been better if you stated what version you have.
