Pictures shaking in BD burning

Hi There..!
I have this issue longtime ago but don't know how to fix it and want to hear from some professional idea
here we are:
I am filming in 30 fps and also edit in 30 fps setting and so far it's running good with when create disc in DVD but when I'm switch to BD create disc everything looking good except the footages when I am panning camera around "PICTURES SHAKING" and its just happened with BD (the same panning scenes in DVD really smooth)
I know it's something wrong with setting but I don't know how to fix. Thank for reading my post and waiting for your advise

PS: I'm doing a lot weddings and events video that's why I have to burn DVD and BD at the same time for my clients
