Why should you buy Power Director 7, simply put, it's the best video editing software available in it's price range.
I also have Adobe Premiere Elements, Roxio Creator and Ulead editing software, I use Power Director 7 because it is designed for all, whether you are a complete novice or an advanced video editor, it caters for everybody, because its interfaces are very user friendly.
There a still some bugs in PD7, which are gradually being resolved by Cyberlink, but look at the forums of some of the higher end programs and see the problems being encountered and the responses given, I will stay with PD7.
The Power Director forums are improving as more and more users are now assisting others to resolve their issues and issues that cannot be resolved are, where possible, forwarded to Cyberlink R & D.
But the final decision is yours, try them all and after you have evaluated them I think you will come back to PD7, its feels comfortable, not intimidating as a lot of them do.
