Hello all....complete newbie to PD12 and I am trying to figure out something. Have not been able to find it in all the various tutorials as of yet. I am trying to correct white balance color of several sequential clips in a video. I see how to use the dropper, etc., but I cannot figure out how to mark the in and out points for the color correction. How do I do that? Thank you in advance.

Hi jaspenna1a

Welcome to the forum

Use the Split tab to mark in and the Spilt tab to mark out.

This will give you a portion of file to edit.

Use the Fix / Enhance tab to open the the Fix/ Enhance Room

Happing editing

Best Regards

Neil

Thank you Neil. So, I'm guessing that the clip has to be separated from the timeline video to be adjusted, and that it cannot be adjusted within the tineline? Is that right?
Thanks.

No, you can split a clip on the timeline. Regards,
Dan
