PD Freezes, need some hints please

Dear friends,

I love PD but all of the sudden it freezes , not only PD but the whole computer ( PC).

I need to force power off and reboot the whole system.

I know that has to be some settings to prevent that, please help.

At the top of this forum, click on the "Welcome to PD..." post. Follow the parts A & B instructions to create a dxDiag ZIP file that folks can analyze. No personal info is revealed.
