Anyone know details of what's in these content packs?

PDR12_ContentPack_Essential_PCP130619-01_R10.exe

PDR12_ContentPack_Premium_PCP130619-02_R18.exe

I don't want to install them if I won't need/want what they offer.

Thanks.

oldtimer38,
those content packs should, at the very least, be downloaded and saved to your hard drive, for future use.
The packs themselves are good to have. They contain EXTRA content to use within PowerDirector. Titles, menus, PIP objects, etc. All will prove to be more and more useful as you get hooked on video editing.
They may also include SPECIAL FX from New Blue, and music from Smartsound.
In a nutshell, I say download and install, it will do no harm, and may contain that special element that makes your video a masterpiece.
Good luck.

Hi Barry,

I do have those files but since they are so large I hesitate to install them.

My needs should be fairly simple, for now, so I'll wait and see. Too bad CyberLink doesn't provide a list of what's in them.

Thanks for your reply.

There is no harm in installing, quite the contrary, you can always uninstall, but I doubt you will. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
