Any audio track ok for audio???

Am I right in assuming any audio file can be placed in any audio or music track? And the same with music, it can be place in any audio track? Voice can be placed in audio? Etc.

Have not had the time to experiment for myself on this....so hoping for an answer.

My experience says that any track that PD will accept for audio will play audio.

If you hear nothing, first check that the track isn't muted (disabled) and that the volume is up.
Still nothing, try a different audio track.

Yes, with conditions.

The condition being that Smart sound can only be placed in the Voice or Music Track.

Voice Overs (Voice Over Room) are only in the Voice track.

Otherwise any audio track.
