PD 9 to create custom profiles for output dvd

In power director 9 you can only select HQ and SMART FIT that have the same bitrate.
In the 12 edition customization has been expanded? Thanks W 10 64 , pc Dell XPS 8000 - core i7 2,8 GHz--ram 6 MB--GEFORCE GTX 1050TI 4GB - SSD 256 + 2x630--area Pal

Short answer: NO

PD 12 has the same basic Disk creation Module as earlier versions. The current Disk Creation Module was first introduced about PD 7.

The disk creation module uses its own set of profiles for disk creation. You cannot vary the results by very much.
