How get rid of annoying pop-up?

How can I get rid of the annoying pop-up that appears every time I'm in a project and I go to File/Open Project and ask to see another project:

"Would you like to merge your project’s media library files with the current media files in this Library?"

I can't find anywhere to turn this darn thing off.

And is it true that you cannot have more than one PD project open at a time? Bummer.

As usual, many thanks for your help.

That can be very useful.

There are times when you do want to merge your files in two different projects. There are often times when you have the same library in the two projects, so it does not matter if you merge or not.

Programs should never make that decision for you.

PD does not, it asks.
