Please attach a dxDIAG file to your next post - per parts A and B in the "sticky" at the top of this forum: "Welcome to PowerDirector Forums." Folks can then analyze your system. No personal info is shown in those files.

Also, check the WEB site of the manufacturer of your video adapter for the latest driver...

You have a Beta Video Driver installed.

You should remove that driver and install the WHQL driver. Do not use Beta Drivers.

Have you tried other videos and other images. You may have a bad video file or a bad image file.

Still the same with the Beta driver not installed. Tried several images from other places, as well.

Hi GhostP07,
A question and a request for you to answer please.
1. What happens when you import other video/image files from the same source or different source (different media files and different hard drive)?
2. Please provide the MediaInfo on the problem video file and if similar video files have the same problem a 5 second sample for members to check and test. A sample (would be very handy) of the image file/or properties of the image file. See guide, Part J http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/29701.page

Fantastic, just purchased this product today and I took a snapshot of a video playing and saved it, frozen at 'importing media...100%' and I did not attempt to import media.

I am very unimpressed and frustrated with my first 10 minutes of this program.
