Cut Error - What that means?

Hello everybody,
I saw this kind of error window first time, when I was producing project as video (mpeg-4 1920x1080 /25 p; 16 Mbps).
Only one thing i was doing differently from my previous projects was, that I have produced selected part of my project and then I pasted this part (MPEG-4) into main timeline of project.

This is Error description:

Could you help me with this? Give me some advice? or explanation what I have done wrong?

I have to sey that this error not affect my project or output file (mpeg-4). If no error window appears I would not know that something is wrong.

I got this message several times. I leave PD12 and I come back and everything is in order. Win7 64bits Pro OEM - i7-3820 3.6 GHz - GeForce GTX 660

Well,
but right now PDR is blocking producing "my project" as
mpeg-4 1920x1080 /25 p; 16 Mbps
, but other projects (I tried it) can be produced without any try of PDR to block me...
What is wrong?

You tried to save in another format, like WMV?
Try using video from another source?
It is the first time you install PD12, was activated MPEG4 encoder?

Yes I have. "AVI" it worked, but I needed mpeg-4 (1920x1080 /25 p; 16 Mbps) exactly.

Try using video from another source?


Sorry I don't understand... I do not have other video sources.

It is the first time you install PD12, was activated MPEG4 encoder?


I don't know what is MPEG4 encoder? Where or how i can activate that, or find out if it is activated?

Btw.
Problem is solved right now. I update some MS Windows stuff and restart my computer and everything is working like before.

PD12 is the first time I installed on the PC by adding aquirvo video, MPEG2 and also MPEG4 (AVCHD) opens a window requesting confirmation to activate those Encoder / Decoder.
Note: If this has already been done even earlier version of PD will not be asked again.

Problem is solved right now. I update some MS Windows stuff and restart my computer and everything is working like before.

I have been getting the exact same error. What did you do in MS Windows to fix the error?
