Try to use smart sound, but every time I try to use some classical music track I can't drag it to timeline.

Every single track need to be purchased before usage?

Allowing "All styles" I find at the beginning some names in blue: I can drag them on the timeline. Meaning they are free to use or sometime in the past I purchase them?

How can I understand different costs, price and license?

Only the tracks in blue are included with SmartSound. There are many more that can be purchased, and the list is updated often. If you buy, you may want to wait until one of their sales, as it can be expensive. As an alternative, there are many free or lo cost sites. The module is unchanged up to PD12, and I suspect the same for PD13 when it arrives.
