EDIT: I first got the video by copying & pasting the original URL in my browser window before you corrected it. Now I can only get the audio by either copying & pasting or clicking on the link.
2nd EDIT: I got the full video and audio back by going to YouTube and pasting "George F. Redmond Jr." in the search engine. The URL seems the same as you sent:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wT6JPeOxOMU. Also, clicking on the preceding link now produces a proper video & audio. Clicking on your link now does the same, starting about 28 sec. into the video.
Good job on the video, Barry, and a great subject! During my military service in the '50's and '60's many of my senior officers were WW II vets and in those days still quite youthful. I never tired of hearing their stories. One in particular was when one of them was shot down over Germany on New Years' Eve and he and his crew had successfully bailed out. They were huddled in a ditch when a young German officer appeared at the top of the ditch, pointed his Luger at them and announced, "Gentleman, Happy New Year! For you the war is over." He also regaled us with stories about how he and his fellow prisoners used to kill time by figuring out new ways to taunt the guards.
Thanks for an entertaining 15 min.
