Europe time, mail notification, blocked?

I have been observing an odd thing for quite some time now, in fact a few months.
During my daytime, Europe time, I rarely (if at all) get email notifications of posts added in
threads I have posted. When my time goes beyond 23.00 – 24.00 at night, the notifications
kick in again. Has anybody else had this experience, or is it just me?

I know, from participating for some years, that sometimes this may happen, but it has
been quite consistant for a long time.

Hi Nina

That used to happen to me, but now it doesn't

I know that doesn't really help you.

It might have something to do with UTC - see "Uses"
