Over the time since I've had Power Director 11, I've tried to download frames, PiPs, etc., etc. Sometimes it works, and the thing I downloaded goes into the appropriate "room" or whatever it's called, and I can see it.

Most of the time, the downloaded item never shows up - in the download folder or anywhere else. I get a dialog box pop up that tells me it's been successfully installed and ready to use, but I can never find it!

Ive got Power Director 11, and only download those things that say they are use for Power Director 11 (as well as all the other numbers...)

What am I doing wrong...
