basically various users with various versions of powerdvd getting skipping. contacted support a week ago no response. no interest in sorting mine & other problems anyone have a solution?

I can not play any blu ray Ther is a dis with unsupported in formatin drive f:\ it a blu ray disc. I have PowerDVD 14 Ultra play on medion laptop with blu ray plaYER IN IT

Just purchased via download 14. Will not play blu ray disc that 13 plays. Then crashes my computer. Have Windows 7 64 bit.

I hav uninstalled powerdvd 14 ultra en then reinstalled it. Now it plays my blu-ray disc. I don't know. But the p roblem is solved.
