That's because PD doesn't have that capability, which I consider a deficiency in an otherwise excellent program. However you can burn your project to a folder and then burn the folder to an .iso file with ImgBurn, a free program (a search will find it) or some other program. I'm told you can also do it in Windows but haven't tried that... ImgBurn is so easy I just use it.
