When i open my YouCam5, the image is blue and blurry or shaky, sometimes it stabilizes and works well, at times it just stays the same, am using Windows & from a samsung.

Any help?

What's the exact model name or number of your samsung?

Make sure that the driver for your Samsung is installed too and the latest one. Windows 7, i3, 4GB RAM.
