Splashtop is disconnected when playing a blu ray ISO or folder

Downloaded the trial and had no problems. I have started ripping my blu ray collection to ISO or blu ray folder structure. They play fine, however this is a HTPC and I control everything via my ipad. As soon as I play one of these files, Splashtop Streamer is disconnected and I can no longer control the PC. If I stop playback I can reconnect. If I play a MKV file I am not disconnected. If I would have known this would have happened I would not have purchased the software.

Any ideas?

doesn't splashtop work by recording the screen? blu-ray doesn't let you do that such as "print screen" i believe it is part of the drm

It worked on the trial version though.

No idea. Try updating splashtop? Contact tech support too. Don't hold your breath though
