Hello,

My 8mm/s8mm film scanner will be here next week and in reviewing its file/format specifications it can put out the numbered sequence image file in three formats: PNG, BMP, and TIF (besides JPEG smallest file and .mov).

I want the best quality possible to be put on blu-ray dvds. Processing/rendering should not be a problem because of the new compter just built.

What is your reconmmendation of getting to the best format from the number sequence image file (and which one)?

Also, been reviewing this tutorial on fine tuning the final producet regarding shakiness etc . . any input on this? This is thw tutorial website - it is interesting and all I think public domain software.

New computer build went fine and am ready to go!
