Vimeo prefers deinterlaced uploads ?

Hi, I'm using 32 bit Power Director 9, AVCHD H.256 format to produce all my movies from AVCHD files obtained from a Panasonic HCV-201 cam.

Vimeo says it prefers deinterlaced uploads.

How should I know if my produced videos are interlaced or not , and how to de-interlace them inside Cyberlink ?

I know if I produce the file for DVD it is for TV and is interlaced, so I avoid this.
