I have a set of projects that I'm doing. I had this thumbnail frame for this set of projects. I was using PowerProducer v4.00.1718a. I purchased PP5 and installed it, now I had issues with PP5 so i have no clue at what point I lost this thumbnail frame, BUT I need it back. I have uninstalled PP5 and reinstalled PP3 (no luck) upgraded to PP4 nope not that either. Whether it was in a special pack that I purchased for older versions and was still recognized in PP4 (but the packs won't download in a newer version, no matter what they say)

Acccckkkk, can anyone help? I was hoping to burn these things tomorrow. Thank you in advance.

Here is the thumbnail (on the last dvd that i did) removed

Hi V,

I've just read your email, visited the post.... wow that was the quickest solution I have ever "not written". Heck it was even the answer I didn't know!

Must be all that fresh air... one of us is breathing.

I don't know if you'll be able to recover the previous templates - isolate and remove, then paste into the CyberLink Custom menu section (My Documents), but I haven't tried it.

Wel I'm not sure either. I uninstalled PD7 and am trying to reinstall PD5 (which is where the vacation template (the thumbs are on the front of the ad, thats the only reason I figured it out) BUT PD5 won't install. It seems that if you had the pack and had it installed, the newer versions kept these thumbs, with wiping everything off, trying to get PD7 to work, I lost a lot of these templates (even though I have a folder called vacation) I really only have a handful of templates and frames etc left, so some of the ones I've been using were ones that had installed with previous version. I am not a happy camper right now, could just kick myself for trying to clean the computer of all cyberlink stuff to get PD7 to work, however, thems the breaks. NOW I have to figure out how to get my computer to accept PD5 so I can reinstall the vacation pack and then upgrade from there (it isn't looking promising).

Needless to say the project I'm working on isn't finished because I'm anal about consistency.

One last comment. As I said above I located where I originally got the thumbnail, but had no luck in reinstalling the package (even though I backed up my power director to the right version to retrieve it. (This particular thumbnail also shows up on PP even though it is a PD upgrade.

I just want to say a big THANK YOU, publicly, to Cyberlink, for helping me out with getting this thumbnail back.

It has made my day. I also, wanted to just let people know that the service of this company, in my experience, has been really pretty good.
