When playing back PAL-encoded material that was originally shot at 24fps, is there any way to drop the audio back to its original pitch?

I'm currently playing this kind of material through VLC, which does have this capability, but I actually prefer the quality of image and sound PDVD13 produces.

If PDVD13 can't do this, it would be a great feature to have.
