Open Control Panel / Programs and Features, see if this gift packages installed.

I had a similar situation and Tony (the guru) advised me that I might have a corrupt installation. I uninstalled PD12 and then reinstalled with my virus scanner disabled, and voila, the menus were there.

Playsound is right though, if the Content Packs are not shown as installed, then you need to download them and install them. If they do show, then try uninstalling the all the PD12 programs/packages, and then reinstall.

It was a pain to uninstall and reinstall, but I had kept my downloaded installation files, so I only "wasted" a couple of hours or so.

Interesting- I am also missing these "extra" menus.
I have PD 12 Ultimate Suite that came with 12 install files.

I tried to do a quicky re-install and this is what came up- see attached pic:

Just left a message for CL Tech support asking for the Premium Content Pack. Will see if I can install a single file instead of uninstalling and reinstalling as I have already done several times in the past to fix quirky things from my old PD 11 install.

Update: Tech support sent me 4 new PD Ultimate Suite install files (1 .exe and 3 .rar files) and they fixed this issue for me !
So make sure to contact them and re-install using the downloaded files from the link you receive
