Is there an effect to make photos burn out?

I'm trying to achieve an effect of eliminating world leaders/war criminals from existence, from memories, like no more file available. in other words show a picture of a leader then it burns out and no file available appears.

Hi rytis -

You could just use a transition like "Burning" or "Evaporate - Ripple 2" - example attached.

Whoops - the Evaporate transitions are only in PD12, but Burning should work for you.
