There still doesn't seem to be any upgrade path, which would basically be a change in the "about" screen and some extra effects and content.

I don't know why I didn't buy the Ultimate in the first place. I usually don't stint when buying toys. Buying them now would be expensive. Jerry Schwartz

I analyzed when I seemed to buy that is the difference that comes in Ultimate 30 NewBlue effects and only 10 on Ultra.
