Shadow File Unavailable

Me again!
I just produced a MP4 video and when it finished I got a message saying:

"The Shadow file on [PATH]\Produce.mp4 is unavailable because its is broken or contains an error. Try deleting it in General preferences, and then try again".

In General Preferences there is a "Manual Delete" button but there are lots of files when I click it and I'm concerned I may delete the wrong file.

Help!

The produced video seems ok. PowerDirector 12 Build 2420
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64 bit
Dell Studio XPS 7100 AMD Phenom II x6 1035T 2.6Ghz with 8 Gb RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5770 video card graphics card
Hauppauge Colossus capture card and "Capture" software

Those cache files are temporary, and can be deleted. New ones will be added by the program as needed.
