I'm trying to make a video of my desktop but can't seem to figure out how to make the camera see my entire desktop. It cuts off the taskbar and the bottom row of icons. I have it set to full screen but it's not capturing the full screen. I'm using YouCam 6 on windows 8.1 computer.

1. screen resolution is 1920x1080.
2. The display is kind of in the middle between smaller and larger. There's an image to the right that says "recommended size."
3. Capture resolution is 640x480.

My computer is a 15 inch laptop. Since you're asking me about resolution would my screen size have something to do with how much I'm able to capture?

I still would love to know why I can't see my entire desktop when using YouCam and wanted to add the fact that I attached a 23 inch monitor to my laptop and still couldn't see the entire desktop.

That link does explain how to capture your desktop view but when following the directions, I was not able to capture my entire desktop which is why I came here looking for help. If you scroll up a few messages, you'll see someone did give me a solution to my problem but I appreciate you wanting to help too.
