Problems With Fad IN / OUT

Ja sent to Cyberlink support, I decided to post here too.
When I apply a transition FAD range below the main, have a blackout from the main video.
This appeared in PD12.
Some effects and especially PIP Title with animated background, even when the FAD has a unique background video, if I shorten the time necessary to apply the FAD again, this off if you apply transition have the previous error, darkening of the video in the above range.

I believe I have duplicated your observation and the video clip does darken.

Here I do not know what happens, most Particles effects have not (FADE) on PD12, I have to add manually.
In the case of Title Designer, disabled for this video backgrounds as shown in the picture.
This makes a bad finish on my project.
As shown on your PC?
In the case of (FADE) that darkens the video above, only makes transition (FADE), other is normal.
Added a video project using Nature.

I too have a problem with fade in/ out in title designer.

Bascially its greyed out and you cannot select it.

I click on title designer---- Select default title-- Box pops up----- I click on the box to enter text--- I enter some text--- then I go over to the left hand controls to click FADE IN and FADE OUT but its greyed out. I cannot select it. What am I doing wrong please?

If you refer to Fad In / Out for text, you must first select the text box.
For video animated background is disabled. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3
