Hello, .. I've had numerous versions of PowerDirector over the years, .. and, as a result, bought many of the creative design packs that are offered. On one of the animated DVD menus that apparently came with the "Holiday DVD Menus Pack Vol. 2", my video project is playing on top (as in front of) the animation. I thought I'd totally remove it, and do a reinstall, but all the file names are really wierd. Does anyone either know why this is happening, how it can be fixed.... or the name of the file, so I can uninstall and reinstall the Holiday Menu Pack Vol. 2.

Thank You!

For uninstall it is found in Control Panel > Programs and Features (Windows 7).

For install you have to find your downloaded Holiday Menu Pack Vol. 2.

Here it is on Cyberlink.com.

I understand how to do all of that.... I was a computer tech for six years. And I can't go get it again without paying again....I already have it on my hard drive ...but I don't think the file is called that, and I want to be sure to install the correct file. What is the name of the file...that's my question. Thankyou...and no attitude is intended.

I do not have Holiday Pack 2 but I do have Holiday Pack 4.

The filename of Pack 4 is:
CL.holidaypack4.exe

So if you sub 2 for the 4 you may be able to find the file on your computer. Or at least search for parts of the name.

I was in Electronic Repair for 30 years before retirement.
You should know that most people are not that savvy about computers and their inter workings.

I learned many years ago to explain in simple terms and great detail.
