Setting timeline markers

Is there a way to set a timeline marker exactly where the scrubber is? So far as I can tell, you can only set a timeline marker where the mouse cursor is. You can then try to move it to where the scrubber is, but since it goes behind the scrubber that's really hard to do.

When creating a marker, you can't manually edit its position in the popup window, either.

See if this helps...

Expand the timeline, then rest the pointer on the white arrow just above the scrubber. Do not click.
A green vertical line appears, in line with the scrubber. Right-click and "add timeline marker."

Just use "Shift + M", puts marker at current scrubber position. Use timecode under preview window for precise placement.
