Hi I've just taken the plunge or should I say "Black Friday Deal", and updated my PD 11 to PD 12 using the download service.
I'm really pleased with it and so far it all works with a really well old Nvidia driver.
PD12 actually appears to work more efficiently than PD 11 .... so far!
I love the extra bonus Holiday Packs in the Particle & PiP Rooms.

What I would like know is where has all the other content from the rooms gone, is it no longer applicable?
The older versions of PowerDirector had some interesting Particles and PiPs but these are no longer included hence the reason why I've gone back to older Nvidia drivers to enable PD 11!

Any ideas

Cheers

Hi, Your images came in during the time I wrote the reply above.
Select "All Content" - does that help?

Hi Dafydd, yes the content Pack Premium has been installed.
Selecting All Content only reveals the 5 headings

3D
General
Particle Frame
Holiday Pack Vol.5
Holiday Pack Vol.4

I did have trouble with 2 of the downloads, they produced a corrupt warning. I just kept downloading them until they worked!
Maybe an uninstall, then reinstall may work

Cheers

Hi Kyle 40,
Don't re-install.
I see what you mean and I'm checking the situation. I agree with your observations.

I have PD11ultra part of 11 mediasuite
If I upgrade to PD12 ultimate, will it support 64bit?
I do have WIN 7 64bit home premium.
The PD11 is 32bit, that's why I want to make sure I can go ahead upgrade to 12?

thanks

Hi gunsu

I also use Win 7 64bit home premium and I'm sure that PD 11 is already 64 bit.
PD 12 is definitely 64 bit and appears to work more efficiently .... so far

BUT I'm no expert on these things so I stand to be corrected, hang on I'm sitting down ... I sit to be corrected

Cheers I just want to edit and make pictures, walk my dog and go fishing.
