I purchased Power2go 9 this past weekend and have been using it without any issues. I went to use it today to burn the same type of disk but now my burning options a grayed out. I cant change the write speed, buffer overrun protection, write simulation, etc.

Any idea why?

I uninstalled and reinstalled last night and now all the options are available to me again. Still would like to know why it seemed to forget that I purchased the software...

Did you select "Cyberlink Image Recorder" in your previous try? If you select "Cyberlink Image Recorder", then most of the burner options will be gray out.
