power2go burning issue

when im trying to burn cd/dvd and insert the source disc the drive spin for a few second and they spit the disc back out with the message "please insert source disc" been having this problem for a while now and don't know what to do.

Have you tried any other burning software, such as the stuff that's built into Windows?

This is usually a bad or damaged disk. Try using another one or a new one. It also depends if the DVD reader is compatible for your disk.
