I'm sure you don't mean the Windows Toolbar showing the open programs but you mean the round black icon behind it?

It doesn't look like it but it could be the icon for the "Mini-player" Here is what mine looks like. Are you playing music when you see it? Please confirm that you are using PowerDVD 13. .

J'ai résolu le problème en désinstallant PowerDVD et en le réinstallant correctement, en ayant bien pris soins de fermer mon antivirus et parefeu avant.
Maintenant une icône valide.
