I have compiled my video and before I render I wanted to use the Fix and Enhance tools to adjust the colour adjustment but I find some clips have the edit options but other clips in the video do not, why is that?

Hi ronhol,

Did you edit or open any of your clips’ audio, in Wave Editor?
If so, highlight and right click on those clips and choose… Unlink Audio and Video.
Then highlight the top video portion only, and your Editing buttons will re-appear.

Also, if you’ve used Group Objects in the right click menu for a series of clips, the Editing buttons will not be available until you un-group them.

If neither of these two apply, hopefully someone will chime in with another solution.

Many thanks, the trouble was just as you suggested I had edited the sound on the original clips in question, but following your instructions it has got me the editing section back again. Very useful to know thanks again.

Glad it was a simple fix.
