Auto Play only working in Cinema Mode

I have been trying to get AutoPlay command line to work and it seems as though AutoPlay feature only works when PD13 opens in Cinema mode, not classic mode. Even when I go into the settings of PD13 and check the box for always auto play. Is this how PD13 is suppose to work? Dedicated DVD/Blu Ray 3D HTPC
DVD/Blu Ray Encoder PC
Power DVD 13 Ultra
AMD A8 3870K APU w/ Radeon 6550D
ASUS F1A75-V EVO (MB)
8G (4x2) Corsair 1866Mhz DDR 3
