Resizing my workspace in vers 7

I am unable to resize my windows and timeline size in new version 7. When I go to the lines to resize, they highlight but I can still not adjust the size at all. It just doesn't move. Any ideas?

It works if you add more P-in-P tracks.

I wish there was a way to enlarge the height of individual tracks...

There is a button at the top-right concern of the timeline.You can use it to resize the track height.
