"PowerDVD could not read a file on this disc"

To be able to play a Blu-Ray on this computer, it has to be in the drive when I start the computer. If it was not, I always get the error "PowerDVD could not read a file on this disc". Restarting the program does not work, logging off and on does not work. To change media, I always have to restart the computer.

Did that. Here's the answer:

Regarding to your concern, I have escalated to our concern department for further review, and they have informed you that we have reported this issue to RD team and they are looking into it. Similar issues were reported by other users with TSST BD drive. We are now checking the compatibility with the certain TSST BD drive.


Let's hope that means there will be a fix in time. At least I'm not alone.
