Moving Chapters to different Scenes during The Menu Structure Creation (PD12 Ultimate) - Revised

I have PD12 Ultimate (patched with the update). I have created one single project and I placed chapter marks throughout the timeline. I'm using one of the default templates from the program. All of my chapters show up under the Menu Structure Tree but they are not in the order I want them in, they are placed randomly. All I want to do is re-order my chapters and move them to a different Scene! Please tell me what I'm missing, this shouldn't be difficult.

In the Edit Module, go into the Chapter Room, In there you can move the chapters around and you can add them by Clip or time or manually. You can give names to your chapter marker.

you can also delete chapters.

If you added chapters as you were editing, they are most likely not where you placed them. Chapters do not stay where you put them if you edit in the timeline after adding them.

I recommend that chapters be added last.
