AVCHD videos don't play properly in powerdirector12 ultimate suite,is fixed now..

When it plays on timetable there is sound and a green color...no image..
I have windows 7 64 bit.
Finally I have desactivated hadrware decoding and now is working!
Because a similar problem I had with youtube on Mozilla firefox- then somebody advice to desactivate the hardware acceleration..(from the flash playr,right click on the youtube video and choosing flash player..

Perhaps.

First, check for an updated video driver from the chip manufacturer's WEBsite. If a problem arises, roll back to the previous driver via Control Panel|DEVICE MANAGER|DISPLAY ADAPTERS|<your adapter>|DRIVER tab.

I have had no trouble playing or editing AVCHD video. I have the full version. I thing there is some stuff that is not in the trial version, maybe the h.264. I think the reason for that is CyberLink has to pay a licensing royalties for it. Here a link about it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H.264/MPEG-4_AVC. I guess it may keep the cost down for them if you don't buy it.
