Download Link to Content Pack Essentials

In the middle of downloading the Content Pack Essentials 01 from the link provided when I purchased PD12, we lost power and when Explorer came back up I had no way to reload the page with the download links. I've scoured the web site looking for someplace to download them and come up empty.
The files are:
PCP 130619.01.exe
PCP 130619-02.exe

We cannot help here, on the volunteer forum.
Your best bet is to submit a ticket to support, have your purchase information ready.
A backdoor to support can be found on the Cyberlink Facebook page. The Facebook page is not support, to be honest, but you might find a friendly CL employee to speed things up. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)

Maybe the option indicated by BarryTheCrab solve faster.
When I needed to use Cyberlink support, used this way.
Must fill in the form with some data, usually takes 1 day or more to get the answer.
Usually send new download link
