How to always disable BD-Live internet connection?

Is there any way/option to always decline BD-Live Internet Connection?. If the certification is invalid, I have to manually select "NO" everytime.

Hi,

In 13, BDLive by default is forcedly turned off.
You can double check the seting->"Blu-ray Disc"->"More Setting"

And there's an option called "Enable network for BD-Live"
