PowerDirector Tutorials from PDtoots

Members - due to the amalgamation of PDR Forums, this list & thread will no longer be updated. For our current stock of tutorials please check *here* or *here* laughing

PDtoots has built a library of tutorials on a range of PowerDirector topics. These tutorials are made by a growing number of forum members and housed at our PDtoots channel. Many of them are not specific to any particular version of PD, so we're posting this list in each of the PD forums.

We've recently incorporated a PDtoots QuickTips channel, for little tips & techniques that aren't full blown tutorials. They're listed at the bottom of this catalogue. For your easy reference, here is the current stock of toots and quick tips. Just click & you're there.

Wow! I wasn't aware there were so many.

This must be worthy of a header/sticky at the start of all versions of PD.

Great work, many many thanks :

Wow- very nice - Bookmarked as a favourite !

I much prefer this listing- much easier than having to do a search and wade though videos on the YouTube channel to try and find the help I need.

I am now taking my time going through the listing- My inner learning sponge is absorbing as much info as I can every day. (It feels like I am back at school again.. only this time it's for topics I am interested in.)

It's cool to see the different versions of PD being used and the evolution of the program up til now too. I can't imagine not having some of the new features to play with in the new version... you veterans were sure in the dark ages back then ! heh.

It’s time to give this thread a bump.
I think it would be a good thing to have this list of tutorials on the front page
of the forum so members and visitors in a quick way can find this treasure-chest.

Fellow PD users -

Here’s a new tutorial created by vn800rider (Adrian), that shows a workaround allowing PD12 users to use MultiCam Designer to automatically sync up a four camera shoot.

Instead of the four cam shoot being mixed to a single track in PD12’s main interface, this workaround allows PD12 users to populate the four cam auto-synced results, to four separate tracks in the main interface.

The tutorial only applies to PD12, but may be useful for PD11 users considering upgrading.
